Furnish and Install a New Meter Socket and 6o amp Panel – By Owner

Run/make active Water to existing Yard Hydrant in northeast corner of Existing Barn - By Owner

Furnish and Install (11) New Duplex Outlets @ 48” AFF -see Plan

Furnish and Install (10) 4’ long 2 tube Fluorescent Industrial Lights 2 wall switches (alt.LED Lights)

Remove existing Horse stalls and doors and vertical 4x 4 Post

Furnish and install new 2” x 6” collar beams at every roof rafter

Dig out existing Dirt 8”-9” inside of existing barn and store dirt outside of northeast door

Dig out 4” along southwest face of Existing Barn

Furnish and install new wood siding to match existing at northeast sliding door screen panel

Furnish and install new 4” concrete slab with w1.4 x w1.4 WWM over 4” gravel and 6 mil VB

Thicken slab 8”x 8” around perimeter with 1 #4 cont. rebar at bottom use ½” exp at perimeter finish slab with a troweled finish

Furnish and install 40’ trench drain down center of barn to daylight (northwest side of barn)

Furnish and install new 2”x 12” band board along northwest side of barn where damaged by animals

Add Alt.--Furnish and install new 53’ gutters and downspouts along the northwest and southeast sides of barns

Add Alt.-Furnish and install brush/ rolled coating on metal roof

Add Alt. - Furnish and install Paint exterior of Existing Barn Paint to Match existing

Add Alt. - Furnish and Install Spray paint Interior(walls and ceiling and structure) to cover
